I'm Eric Holliday, owner of Technicality and an IT professional with 15 years in the field, based in the Upstate of South Carolina. I started Technicality in 2013 to give small offices the careful, plain-spoken IT help that's usually reserved for bigger companies. My background includes systems administration and a long interest in security, including how physical access and digital systems fail together.
I work evenings and weekends so your team isn't interrupted, and I explain what I find in plain English. You'll know what's wrong, what it costs, and what to do first.
